Arc
The Arc collection features an enveloping backrest based on fundamental geometry: a constant radius arc. It shows restrained, elegant proportions. The light aluminium frame clearly expresses a desire to maintain armchair tradition.
The backrest features simple yet sophisticated braided strips, while the seat is padded with polyurethane foam covered in matching fabric and the fabric cushion has a removable cover.
Tilos
The Tilos collection revisits classic outdoor seating from the 1950s and 1960s—traditionally made in bamboo and rattan—through a contemporary lens. Inspired by these timeless typologies, the collection updates their forms using modern materials and advanced industrial processes, offering elegant, durable solutions for today’s outdoor spaces
At its core is a sculptural shell made of aluminum and hand-woven acrylic rope, designed to cradle plush cushions with comfort and resilience. This shell rests on a refined base, available in either wood or metal, allowing for flexibility in both style and function.
Pavilions
Kettal has replicated the design by Dion and Richard Neutra, while updating the materials and construction techniques. All the structural details, as defined by its creators, have been adhered to. The most outstanding morphological traits are:
Predominantly horizontal lines, emphasised by the wooden strips running across the structure, protruding 500 mm at the ends. Richard Neutra himself referred to them in various texts, as: Traditional Japanese architecture is horizontal; space is exclusively horizontal.
Mia
Mia is a family of nomadic lamps designed and engineered for the Spanish outdoor furniture company Kettal. The lamp is built around an acid-treated glass diffuser which is protected by a large polypropylene lampshade. Both are held in place by a clever wire structure. One of Kettal wishes was to have the lamps completely waterproof, which was achieved – allowing for a wide range of applications and making it suitable for outdoor use. The Mia series comprises multiple variations, including a small battery powered lamp.
